Cancellation & Refunds: Online Training

For Self-Paced Learning:

Those undertaking self-paced learning can request a refund within seven days of purchasing the course. However, the money-back guarantee will only be applicable if the participant has accessed the course. Refund requests submitted beyond the seven-day window will not be accepted, and no refund will be provided. Refunds are not applicable for courses that have been discounted or subsidized. Instead, the participant can opt to change the course.

For Instructor-Led Training:

On the other hand, those taking instructor-led training can also request a refund within seven days of purchasing the course. However, the money-back guarantee will be void if the participant has accessed the e-learning course or attended online classrooms/received recordings for over a day. Like self-paced learning, refund requests submitted beyond the seven-day window will not be accepted, and no refund will be provided. Refunds are not applicable for courses that have been discounted or subsidized, and the only option is to change the course. If a participant paid for the course in part payments or reserved the seat by paying a token amount, refunds will also not be applicable in such cases.
